A PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE AND CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM

BODY: We have all heard that we are comprised of body, mind and spirit but what does that mean and how can that make our lives better? Answering
that was an intent of the film Voyage to Betterment. In the film a group of regular healthy young people first focus on the body with a food and exercise
challenge. Before and after blood tests revealed that their estimated risks of major illnesses dropped by up to 50% in only 30 days, an improvement beyond what some of their medical doctors believed was possible. The film showed that when we make improvements only at the physical level of the Body they are often temporary and that the best way to make any permanent improvement is by making it from a more powerful place, at the levels of our Mind & Spirit. This reaffirmed Einstein's contention that no problem can be solved at the same level it was created. The group did experience a taste of the power of mind and spirit, and when they did it left them speechless. Where the group left off, now the Body Mind Spirit Challenge continues. The Challenge has been expanded to include exercises and techniques designed to allow anyone to use the power of Mind & Spirit for our continuous improvement.

MIND:
  Many have experienced the power of the mind which is at least a million times more powerful than the power of the body. Our bodies are neutral and respond to what is held in mind. Participants will experience this first hand in the workshops.This power has been clinically documented and scientifically validated. For example in observing people with multiple personalities, doctors have documented that when a new personality comes out the physical body may instantly change. Not only did allergies and illnesses begin to disappear the moment a new personality showed up but even scars dissappeared. In the Challenge we will learn a method to effectively resolve health, monetary, relationship and personal problems as well as a powerful way to dissolve many illnesses by cancelling belief systems. However the power of the mind can also work against us. Have you ever caught yourself overthinking about a situation or thinking about something that happened ten years ago? In these situations our minds are usually working against us. The Challenge will also include a practice to help us silence the mind and eliminate negative thoughts working against us by addressing the root sources of overthinking.

SPIRIT: The film The Secret as well as numerous success based programs have popularized the reality that what we hold in mind tends to manifest.
Yet there is a way to expontially increase the likelihood of manifesting what is held in mind, but it must be addressed at a deeper level. There is something deep inside the core of each and every one of us that is at least a million times more powerful than our mind. It controls the thoughts we hold in mind. We have all experienced this power to some degree. Have you ever been around someone that seems to suck the living energy right out of you and others that lift you up? Now that is the power of our spirit. Our spiritual state controls our mind and our minds control the body. So by applying critical point analysis towards our well being it becomes apparent that the best way to resolve any problem and improve our health, wealth or personal lives is by addressing things at the level of our spirit. The Spirit part of the Challenge includes a workbook with a series of contemplative exercises designed to help us eliminate negativities and peel away the layers preventing us from experiencing the infinite power within that can accomplish almost anything. It will only take two minutes per day to read the daily contemplation. By applying the lessons into our life progressively we will align with higher spiritual states that effortlessly increase our inner power. When our spiritual state is weak we drain others and when it is strong it lifts others. The greatest thing we can do to help the world is improve who we are and when we do everyone else benefits and will feel it too. This can give us all a sense of purpose to our very last breath.
